As the impact of COVID-19 is being felt by everyone I am writing to you to let you know what we at MB Insolvency are doing to ensure that we continue to provide advice and service whilst prioritising the health of our employees and their families.
We have been preparing the team to work remotely. Regardless, therefore, of where our staff are working, we will continue in our provision of advice. Emails and mobile phones will be responded to as normal.
Our service to clients
We understand the need to protect the welfare of your colleagues and family by reducing your physical contact with people – and are able to offer conference calls or meetings by Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Ringcentral or FaceTime.
In line with government advice we are limiting social contact and will ask that you work with us via one of these means.
There may be circumstances where physical meetings are required and such will be assessed as requirements arise.
If you do need to deliver anything to our offices please contact me in advance to ensure that we are available.
Please note, we have cancelled all our attendance at external events and either cancelled or postponed all events organised by the firm until further notice.
These are challenging times and we remain here to help and support businesses and individuals who have concerns.
